To initiate a return, please email us with the following information:
- Your email
- Order number
- Part number
- Reason for return.
This will kickstart the return process and allow us to assist you promptly.
Please review the terms of our Returns Policy:
- All electrical parts/components are susceptible to internal damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or adverse environmental conditions (such as heat or static electricity). Consequently, all electrical parts/components are considered non-returnable.
- Return authorization is mandatory for eligible returnable items before sending them back to our warehouse.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, following prior approval. Parts must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorization.
- If your order is damaged during delivery by any carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Trucking Co, etc.), the carrier assumes responsibility. Please thoroughly inspect all goods upon receipt and report any shipping damage immediately to the carrier. Retain all packaging from the damaged shipment, as it may be necessary for the claims process.
- A restocking fee of 35% applies to returned items.
- Please package the items carefully to protect the original factory packaging, ensuring they arrive at our facility in perfect condition to be reintroduced as new merchandise.
- Special order items not stocked by us are non-returnable.
- Paint and opened gasket sets are non-returnable.
- Once an item has been installed or used, it becomes non-returnable for a refund. In such cases, exchanges can only be made under our warranty policy.
